About meI am Eric Nguyen. I am a student of sociology and LGBT Studies. I am an avid reader and writer and radically queer activist. My interests include the sociology of sex and gender, LGBTQ rights, and book collecting (because book collecting goes so well with sex). I aspire to write, but I can only hope I can find or make the time.
About my libraryMy library is eclectic. I have everything from the classics of Jane Austen to The Idiot's Guide to String Theory; from Miles of Smile, a book of children poems I bought when I was in fourth grade, to Coming Out to Parents, when I was struggling with my identity. I say I collect books, but I enjoy writing in them, taking off the dust covers, and actually reading them. I could never entertain the thought of parting with them.
